TT-CO2-RK500 Ride-on Thermoplastic Spray Road Marking Machine

Equipped with an all-in-one multifunctional hopper, this machine switches various line widths via control system without hopper replacement. It supports dot marking, chessboard lines and stair lines. A matching rumble hopper can be fitted for rumble strips with one-click mode switching on the control panel. Adopting high-pressure thermoplastic spraying technology, it delivers five core strengths: high construction efficiency, strong coating adhesion for longer service life and lower material & labor costs, direct overlay on old markings without removal, flexible adjustment of marking thickness, and 50–300mm variable marking widths by adjusting gun height. Powered by 74.9kW engine with 0–8km/h travel speed, it features a 600L thermoplastic kettle, twin 90L glass bead tanks and 11° max climbing gradient. Stable and high-capacity, it fits marking projects on highways, factory zones and parking lots.

No hopper replacement required. Multiple line widths of 50-300mm can be switched directly through the control system. It comes with dot marking function to create chessboard lines and stair lines. After fitting an optional rumble hopper, rumble strips can also be switched electrically, covering most marking applications with one machine.

The overhead spray gun avoids uneven old markings. Old lines do not need to be removed during renovation, eliminating extra cleaning work, speeding up construction and preventing defects from incomplete old line removal.

Paint flow is controlled by adjusting discharge pressure and travel speed to flexibly change marking thickness. The intuitive adjustment meets thickness standards for various roads.

Marking width is changed by adjusting the gun height above ground, eliminating the troublesome hopper replacement needed on traditional screed machines. It supports full 50-300mm width range for highways, industrial parks, parking lots and more.
