Equipped with a fully imported hydraulic transfer system, supporting free switching between high and low construction speeds and precise constant control, ensuring uniform and consistent marking quality, and enabling separate control of vehicle driving and marking operations, improving construction safety, smoothness, and marking accuracy.

Intelligent Data and Quality Control System

Equipped with an intelligent line-marking control system, it can not only meet the precise control of conventional markings, but also optionally include a construction data automatic collection and analysis module, enabling automatic recording, evaluation, printing, and quality warnings of key parameters such as paint usage, construction length, area, thickness, and real-time positioning, thereby enhancing the digital and refined level of construction management.

Efficient Heating and Material Conveying System

Using an integrated diesel-heated thermal oil furnace and imported 'top-in, bottom-out, residue recycling, continuous feeding' melting device ensures that the coating is heated evenly, melts quickly, maintains a constant temperature, and does not char. Paired with high-flow, high-stability imported coating pumps and hydraulic proportional valves, it provides a stable and controllable coating supply for high-speed continuous construction (speeds can reach over 10 km/h), ensuring consistent marking quality at different speeds.

Humanized and Automated Design

Equipped with a tray lifting system, it can automatically lift materials to the most labor-saving height, allowing one person to easily perform continuous heating operations, significantly reducing labor input and work intensity, and lowering overall costs.

High-efficiency intelligent glass bead system

Equipped with a pressure-type double glass bead tank and an automatic control continuous feeding system, combined with a pneumatic proportional distribution device, it can accurately control the amount and pressure of glass beads required for different markings. The air drying system inside the tank can effectively prevent the glass beads from getting damp and clogging the gun, ensuring uniform and uninterrupted spreading in various construction environments.
