Group Standard for Anti-Collision Buffer Vehicles Approved
The group standard for anti-collision buffer vehicles, co-drafted by Nantong Weierduo and approved by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, has been officially released. Nantong Weierduo has been listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Jiangsu Equity Exchange Center. The Phase II construction project of Nantong Weierduo's special-purpose vehicle facility has passed the completion inspection by relevant government departments.

High-Tech Certification Hosts Industry Technical Exchange Conference
Nantong Weier obtained the National High-Tech Enterprise Certificate and Intellectual Property Management System Certification, and secured the China Compulsory Product Certification (CCC) for collision buffer vehicles. Nantong Weier successfully hosted the “First (Nantong) Road Marking Industry New Technology Exchange Conference.”

Product Certification Achieved; Phase II Project Commences
Nantong Weierduo obtained the Global Manufacturing Identification Code Certificate and secured China Compulsory Product Certification for road marking vehicles and cleaning trucks. That same year, the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase II of the Nantong Weierduo Special Purpose Vehicle Project was held. Lu Weidong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee, personally attended the ceremony, performed the ribbon-cutting, and delivered remarks.

Nantong Weierduo has been included in the Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products Approved for Market Access by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.

Final Acceptance Group Equipment Business Integration
The Nantong Weierduo Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Project has been successfully completed and passed the government-organized final acceptance inspection. Production equipment and supporting facilities—including testing and inspection equipment—in the four major production workshops (machining, welding, painting, and final assembly) have been fully installed and commissioned. In the same year, the Group's mechanical equipment R&D and manufacturing operations were fully integrated into Nantong Weierduo.

The environmental impact assessment for the project approval has been successfully passed.
The specialized vehicle manufacturing project has been approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission and passed the environmental impact assessment conducted by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment.
