The WRD5121THX Intelligent Thermoplastic Marking Machine integrates transportation, material melting and marking functions. It supports synchronous double-side construction with intelligently adjustable line widths, and various line types can be switched without shutdown. Fitted with an intelligent digital control system, it enables remote operation and automatic construction data statistics. The imported hydraulic system ensures stable operation. Equipped with a patented new multi-functional extrusion device, it can draw thermoplastic flat lines, checkerboard lines , stair lines , and other square lines. The standard drawing end can intelligently adjust the line width in real time between 50-200mm without stopping the machine to change the working device. The special heat-resistant toothed closed structure ensures uniform line thickness, straight edges, neat heads, and an outstanding appearance.

Applying markings on both sides simultaneously can double construction efficiency

Featuring a unique dual-operating system and integrated material conveying and filtering device, it supports simultaneous application from both sides, significantly shortening the construction period. A large-capacity melting kettle paired with a high-power burner ensures ultra-high thermal efficiency and uninterrupted material circulation. Combined with a compartmented glass bead box and dual spray guns, it is sufficient to meet the continuous construction needs of long-distance, large-scale projects .

Digital Brain: Precise Control with Complete Traceability

Marking line type digital input and real-time remote control operation easily achieve constant width and uniform speed operation. The built-in automatic data collection and analysis system automatically calculates and prints paint usage, construction area, line length, and thickness warnings, and locates the construction position in real time , providing accurate data for project settlement.

The fully imported hydraulic drive system allows for free and consistent low-speed control, completely resolving the issue of uneven marking thickness . A new type of closed-loop, large-capacity hydraulic oil tank ensures the system maintains optimal cooling even under continuous high-intensity operation , significantly extending equipment lifespan.
