Hot melt spraying system, efficient and high-quality

Using a patented spraying system, it achieves thorough atomization of the paint, smooth edges of the markings, and strong adhesion, supporting stepless adjustment of marking width and thickness. When applying multiple lines, there is no need to remove old lines, effectively saving costs and improving construction efficiency.

The hot melt scraping and coating system is stable and reliable

The scraping and coating device is integrally molded with special heat-resistant materials, featuring high-temperature resistance, deformation resistance, strong thermal conductivity, and high insulation performance. It can meet the quality requirements of thermoplastic road markings according to national standards, with uniform thickness and straight edges of the markings.

Hot melt extrusion system has multiple functions

The extrusion hopper adopts a modular design and capillary-type heat-conducting oil heating, enabling one-key switching between straight lines and spot-painted lines, and flexible adjustment of line width. Construction operation is simple, and the quality of the lines is stable and controllable.

The chassis is powerful and construction is efficient

Based on the Sinotruk Howo chassis, equipped with a 254kW high-power engine, it has excellent driving stability and load capacity, capable of meeting continuous and efficient construction transfer and operation requirements.

Large-capacity operations, good construction continuity

Equipped with a 1000L large-capacity paint tank and 2×250L glass bead tanks, it supports long-distance, large-area continuous line marking construction, reducing the number of mid-process refills and improving overall construction efficiency.
