Equipped with a new multifunctional extrusion dot and staircase line marking device, it can mark various lines such as hot melt dot markings, checkerboard lines, staircase lines, and straight lines. The line width is adjustable from 50-200mm, and the line type can be intelligently switched in real time without replacing the device, meeting diverse construction needs.

High-efficiency bilateral synchronous marking, significantly improving work efficiency

Using a patented dual operating system and line marking device, it supports simultaneous marking on both sides. Combined with an extra-long high-efficiency horizontal double-screw melting pot, it enables high-speed continuous operation and significantly improves construction efficiency.

Imported hydraulic precision control ensures stable marking line quality

Equipped with a fully imported hydraulic transfer system, it allows free switching between high and low construction speeds and precise uniform speed control. Paired with a large-capacity closed hydraulic oil tank, it ensures continuous and stable operation of the hydraulic system, guaranteeing uniform line thickness and neat line shapes.

Intelligent Data Acquisition and Real-Time Monitoring

The intelligent line marking control system supports automatic collection, analysis, and printing of data such as line marking length and construction area, and can automatically monitor and alert construction quality and real-time positioning, achieving digital and traceable management of the construction process.

Continuous and efficient cyclic feeding to ensure construction continuity

Using a high-power, efficient heating system, an extra-long horizontal twin-screw melter, and a compact conveying system, it achieves bidirectional heating inside and outside the coating, rapid melting of materials, and short-distance conveying, avoiding heat loss and coating oxidation, and supports large-scale, long-distance, continuous construction.

High-strength structure ensures continuous high-load operation

Based on the Dongfeng Tianjin DFH1180EX8 chassis, with an engine power of 154 kW and a curb weight of 15 tons, it has good load-bearing capacity and driving stability, and can adapt to long-term, high-intensity construction conditions.
