Multifunctional

It integrates transportation, mixing, and marking functions into one unit . The cargo compartment eliminates the need for separate vehicles, and the large-capacity storage tank with mixer reduces the frequency of material addition. The double-sided marking not only improves construction efficiency but also prevents reverse driving .

Dual-mode line marking

Dual GreatRoad 20L plunger-type high-pressure airless paint pump and Changjiang quick-change nozzle (standard internal mixing) ensure uniform mixing, fine automation, and neat spray pattern ; dual closed-loop low-pressure extrusion structure can easily extrude chess piece ( dotted ) lines and also extrude star dot ( splash ) lines. During construction, the thickness and sparseness of the star dot lines can be precisely adjusted by adjusting the pressure.

High construction efficiency

Equipped with large-capacity, uninterrupted circulating paint tanks and glass bead tanks, it can meet the construction needs of long-distance, large-scale road marking projects ; quick entry and relocation, less on-site preparation work and fewer personnel required, and can adapt to multi-point construction within a unit of time; the electric glass bead spreading system provides uniform spraying, saves on bead usage, and has good retroreflective effect .

Precise speed control

Equipped with a JAC chassis and an imported hydraulic transfer low-speed driving system. Supports stepless speed adjustment and constant speed driving , ensuring uniform thickness and consistent spacing of lane markings from the vehicle speed perspective .

Fully intelligent control

The vehicle's intelligent control system has a high degree of integration , supporting not only digital input of line shape and its length and width , but also fully meeting the needs of real-time remote control operation .

Modular architecture

Control boxes are located on both sides of the vehicle to easily meet the usage needs of different marking sides .
