Using patented spraying technology, the paint is highly atomized, with smooth edges and strong adhesion of the markings. It supports stepless adjustment of the marking width and thickness, and the construction of multiple lines does not require removing old lines, saving construction costs and improving efficiency.

The scraping and coating system is stable and reliable, meeting national standards.

The scraping and coating device is integrally formed from special heat-resistant materials, featuring high-temperature resistance, deformation resistance, strong thermal conductivity, and excellent insulation properties, capable of stably meeting the quality requirements of national standard thermoplastic markings.

The extrusion system is easy to operate and ensures uniform quality.

The integrated extrusion hopper supports one-key switching and width adjustment for straight-line and spot-line marking. It uses a modular and capillary thermal oil heating design to ensure the hopper is heated evenly, so the marking lines have consistent thickness and smooth edges.

The chassis has stable performance and strong adaptability

Based on the Dongfeng Tianjin chassis, it offers two optional power configurations (149KW/127KW), with good driving stability and load capacity, suitable for various construction environments and site transfer needs.

Large-capacity continuous operation, improving work efficiency

Equipped with a 1000L large-capacity paint tank and 2×250L glass bead tanks, it supports long-duration, large-area continuous construction, reducing the frequency of refilling and effectively ensuring construction efficiency and continuity.
