The WellRoad WRD5120TXC Milling-Type Marking Remover is built on a dedicated 12-ton Dongfeng chassis and powered by a high-performance Cummins engine, delivering ample power and strong load-bearing capacity. Adopting a hydraulic profiling milling structure, it removes old markings efficiently without damaging the road surface. Equipped with a negative pressure recovery system, it achieves dust-free operation. The vehicle is fitted with multiple safety protections and features a high degree of automation, requiring only one or two operators. An optional spraying unit can be installed to complete marking removal, dust collection, primer coating and new marking spraying in one go. Versatile in function, it is ideal for road marking removal and renovation projects of all kinds.

Robust chassis

It adopts Dongfeng 12-ton special truck chassis and is equipped with Cummins 155KW high-performance engine (D3.0NS6B210H) , which has strong load-bearing capacity and can output stable power for long-term continuous construction .

Contour milling

Equipped with independently extendable and finely adjustable milling devices on both sides. The diamond grinding head is hydraulically driven, with high speed and stable operation , enabling rapid removal of road markings while protecting the road surface.

Intelligent recycling

The negative pressure of the fan can collect dust and waste residue into the recycling tank in real time, realizing dust-free and environmentally friendly construction.

Triple protection

The recycling tank with self-cleaning function provides effective protection for the blower ; when the tank is full, the sensor automatically triggers an alarm and forces a shutdown ; the waste tank can be automatically emptied with one button to avoid manual contact.

Easy to operate

The vehicle is highly automated and intelligently integrated, requiring only 1-2 people for construction work.

Multi-functional

It can be equipped with a primer /normal temperature paint spraying device, which can complete the "line removal + dust removal + primer application " hot melt construction process in a high pressure and airless manner (which can improve the adhesion of the primer by 30%) , and can also complete the normal temperature marking spraying .
