The TT-ZRF300-Ⅳ is a 300L single-cylinder hot melt kettle indirectly heated by imported burner fuel. It is equipped with a special heat-resistant steel material tank, hydraulic stepless stirring, double-layer insulation (heat transfer oil + new materials), and an indirect heating system. It features uniform heating, energy conservation, high efficiency, safety and reliability. It is suitable for high-quality hot-melt coating melting operations in areas with abundant diesel resources or high-altitude regions.

Imported burners provide efficient indirect heating

It adopts professional imported diesel injection burners, which indirectly heat the pot body through a heat transfer oil layer, achieving uniform heating throughout and avoiding local overheating. It has high heating efficiency and good construction safety, especially suitable for areas with abundant diesel, high altitudes or scarce gas.

300L large-capacity single-cylinder molten material

The special heat-resistant steel spinning forming material tank is adopted, with an effective volume of 300L and a moderate capacity. Combined with the hydraulic-driven spiral blades for forward and reverse stirring, it ensures that the coating is heated and stirred evenly, protecting the best film performance of the coating.

Precise control of hydraulic stepless stirring

The stirring system is driven by high-quality hydraulic pumps and hydraulic control valves, featuring large torque, stepless speed adjustment, high uniformity of stirring, simple hydraulic control operation and anti-misoperation protection function.

Double-layer composite insulation and energy saving

It adopts a composite double-layer insulation structure with a heat transfer oil layer and a new type of insulation material filling layer, which has excellent insulation effect, effectively reduces heat loss, significantly saves fuel consumption and lowers operating costs.

Optional automatic temperature control and safety system

An optional automatic temperature control system can be equipped to achieve automatic control of heating temperature and ensure the stability of coating quality. Additional optional safety auxiliary devices such as police lights, lighting, and fire extinguishers are available to enhance the safety and convenience of construction.
