Double vertical material tanks evenly melt materials

It is equipped with two special heat-resistant steel spinning forming material tanks, each with an effective volume of 250L and a total capacity of 500L. Combined with the hydraulic-driven spiral blades for forward and reverse stirring, it ensures that the coating is heated and stirred evenly, protecting the best film performance of the coating.

The imported burner provides efficient heating

It adopts professional imported diesel injection burners. The flame size is optimally matched with the structure of the pot body, featuring high heating efficiency and good construction safety. It is especially suitable for use in areas rich in diesel resources, high-altitude regions or those lacking gas.

Fuel direct (indirect) heating is optional

It is equipped with direct fuel heating as standard and can be optionally equipped with an indirect heating system. The heat transfer oil layer ensures uniform heating of the pot body, avoiding local overheating, improving heating efficiency and insulation effect, and ensuring the stability of coating quality.

Precise control of hydraulic stepless stirring

The stirring system is driven by high-quality hydraulic pumps and hydraulic control valves, featuring large torque, stepless speed adjustment, high uniformity of stirring, simple hydraulic control operation and anti-misoperation protection function.

Double-layer insulation and energy-saving structure

It adopts a special double-layer insulation structure, with new insulation materials filled in the interlayer. It has excellent insulation effect, effectively reduces heat loss, significantly saves fuel consumption and lowers operating costs.

Optional automatic temperature control ensures quality
