It supports automatic temperature control and indirect heating options and is suitable for high-quality melting operations of medium and small-scale hot melt coatings.

Double vertical material tanks evenly melt materials

It is equipped with two special heat-resistant steel spinning forming material tanks, each with an effective volume of 225L and a total capacity of 450L. Combined with the hydraulic-driven spiral blades for forward and reverse stirring, it ensures that the coating is heated and stirred evenly, protecting the best film performance of the coating.

Flexible heating through direct (indirect) connection of gas

Energy-saving and highly efficient gas stoves are adopted, ensuring complete combustion. Equipped with a stove plate height regulator, the heating state can be optimized. An indirect heating system can be optionally equipped. Through a heat transfer oil layer, the reactor body is heated evenly, resulting in higher heating efficiency and better insulation effect.

Precise control of hydraulic stepless stirring

The stirring system is driven by high-quality hydraulic pumps and hydraulic control valves, featuring large torque, stepless speed adjustment, high uniformity of stirring, simple hydraulic control operation and anti-misoperation protection function.

Double-layer insulation and energy-saving structure

It adopts a special double-layer insulation structure, with new insulation materials filled in the interlayer. It has excellent insulation effect, effectively reduces heat loss, significantly saves gas consumption and lowers operating costs.

Optional automatic temperature control and safety system

An optional automatic temperature control system can be equipped to achieve automatic control of heating temperature and ensure the stability of coating quality. Additional optional safety auxiliary devices such as police lights, lighting, and fire extinguishers are available to enhance the safety and convenience of construction.

Compact and lightweight design

The overall weight of the machine is 1600kg, with compact dimensions (1820×1750×1860mm), a lightweight structure, and is convenient for rapid on-site deployment and relocation. It is suitable for the flexible construction needs of medium and small-sized projects.
