The TT-ZRFS500-V is a vertical hydraulic double-cylinder hot melt kettle. It features two 250L heat-resistant steel material tanks, dual-purpose oil and gas high-efficiency heating, hydraulic stepless stirring and double-layer insulation design. It has the characteristics of uniform molten material, flexible heating, energy conservation and environmental protection, and is suitable for efficient melting operations of medium and small-scale hot melt coatings.

Double vertical material tanks for efficient melting of materials

Two special heat-resistant steel spinning forming material tanks are adopted, with each tank having an effective volume of 250L and a total capacity of 500L. Combined with the hydraulic-driven spiral blades for forward and reverse stirring, it ensures that the coating is heated and stirred evenly, protecting the performance of the coating film.

Flexible heating for both oil and gas

Equipped with energy-saving oil and gas dual-purpose stoves and high-pressure fans, the gas burns fully and the diesel atomization is efficient. The flame adjustment is intuitive and convenient. Fuel can be flexibly selected according to resource conditions, adapting to various construction environments such as high altitudes and gas scarcity.

Hydraulic stepless stirring control

The stirrer is driven by a hydraulic system, featuring high torque, stepless speed adjustment, and high uniformity of stirring. The hydraulic control is simple to operate and equipped with anti-misoperation protection to prevent accidental damage to the equipment.

Double-layer insulation and energy-saving structure

It adopts a special double-layer insulation structure, with new insulation materials filled in the interlayer. It features high thermal efficiency, effectively reduces heat loss, significantly saves gas or fuel consumption, and lowers operating costs.

Environmentally friendly and low-noise power system

Equipped with an 18HP water-cooled/air-cooled electric start low-noise and environmentally friendly diesel engine, it meets environmental protection requirements, has low operating noise, stable and reliable power, and is suitable for construction around cities or residential areas that are sensitive to noise.

Compact structure for easy deployment

The overall weight of the machine is 1900kg, with compact dimensions (2100×1750×1880mm), which can be quickly deployed on the construction site and flexibly transferred. It is suitable for the efficient and continuous operation requirements of medium and small-scale projects.
