The TT-RFT700A/B is a trailer-mounted hydraulic double-cylinder hot melt kettle. It features double 225L heat-resistant steel material tanks, direct gas heating, hydraulic stepless stirring and double-layer insulation design. It has the characteristics of uniform molten material, efficient heating, energy saving and portability. It is compatible with an automatic temperature control system and is suitable for coating melting and insulation operations in medium and small-scale road marking construction.

The trailer design is highly maneuverable and flexible

It adopts a trailer structure with a wheelbase of 5450mm and a reasonable track (1590mm at the front and 2180mm at the rear). It can be towed and transferred by ordinary vehicles, with quick and flexible deployment, making it suitable for mobile construction at multiple sites.

Double vertical material tanks evenly melt materials

It is equipped with two special heat-resistant steel spinning forming material tanks, each with an effective volume of 225L and a total capacity of 450L. Combined with the hydraulic-driven spiral blades for forward and reverse stirring, it ensures that the coating is heated and stirred evenly, protecting the performance of the coating film.

High-efficiency gas heating system

Energy-saving and highly efficient gas stoves are adopted, ensuring complete combustion. Combined with the height regulator of the stove plate, the heating distance can be quickly adjusted, featuring high thermal efficiency, fuel savings, and optimized heating conditions.

Precise control of hydraulic stepless stirring

The stirring system is driven by high-quality hydraulic pumps and hydraulic control valves, featuring large torque, stepless speed adjustment, high uniformity of stirring, simple hydraulic control operation and protection against misoperation.

Double-layer insulation and energy-saving structure

It adopts a special double-layer insulation structure, with new insulation materials filled in the interlayer. It has excellent insulation effect, effectively reduces heat loss, significantly saves gas consumption and lowers operating costs.

Optional automatic temperature control ensures quality

An optional automatic temperature control system can be equipped, which can set the temperature range and automatically control the start and stop of heating to ensure that the coating is always heated and maintained within a reasonable temperature range, avoiding insufficient or excessive heating that may affect the quality of the coating.
