The TT-ZRFS1000-III is a fuel direct heating type hot melt kettle specially designed for diesel, equipped with an original imported burner. It features two 500L heat-resistant steel material tanks, hydraulic stepless stirring and a double-layer insulation system. It is characterized by high heating efficiency, uniform stirring, energy conservation and safety, and is suitable for hot melt coating melting operations in areas with abundant diesel resources or high-altitude regions.

Original imported burner for efficient heating

It adopts original imported diesel burners, featuring excellent diesel atomization effect, precise air-fuel ratio and high combustion heating efficiency. It is especially suitable for use in areas with abundant diesel resources, scarce liquefied gas or high-altitude regions.

Double vertical material tanks evenly melt materials

It is equipped with two special heat-resistant steel spinning forming material tanks, each with an effective volume of 500L and a total capacity of 1000L. Combined with the hydraulic-driven spiral blades for forward and reverse stirring, it ensures that the coating is heated and stirred thoroughly and evenly, protecting the best performance of the coating.

Precise control of hydraulic stepless stirring

The stirring system is hydraulically driven, featuring high torque, stepless speed adjustment, and high uniformity of stirring. The hydraulic control device is easy to operate and equipped with anti-misoperation protection, enhancing the safety and service life of the equipment.

Double-layer insulation and energy-saving structure

It adopts a special double-layer insulation structure, with new insulation materials filled in the interlayer. It has excellent insulation effect, effectively reduces heat loss, significantly saves fuel consumption and lowers operating costs.

Environmentally friendly and low-noise power system

Equipped with an 18HP water-cooled/air-cooled electrically started low-noise and environmentally friendly diesel engine, it operates stably with low noise, meeting environmental protection requirements. It is suitable for construction in noise-sensitive environments such as cities and residential areas.

Compact structure and flexible deployment

The whole machine weighs 2500kg, with moderate external dimensions (2530×2230×1920mm), compact structure, facilitating rapid on-site deployment and relocation, and meeting the requirements of efficient and continuous operation for small and medium-sized projects.
