The TT-ZRFD3000-I is a 6-ton high-capacity and highly efficient vehicle-mounted hot melt kettle. It features multi-burner intelligent heating, double-layer pot bottom anti-scorching, constant-temperature material feeding, hydraulic stepless stirring and a National IV diesel power system. It can quickly melt materials and continuously supply materials to the marking machine, solving the industry problem of "work stopgap and material shortage" during construction.

Large-capacity and highly efficient heating system

Equipped with "Greilide" multi-burner heads or imported diesel burners (with a heat capacity of 200,000 to 400,000 kcal), combined with intelligent temperature control, it features high heating efficiency and stable temperature, fully meeting the continuous material demand of a ride-on marking machine and avoiding construction interruptions.

The anti-scorching design of the double-layer pot bottom

It adopts a jacketed pot bottom structure with heat transfer oil and selects special boiler steel that is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, effectively solving the problem of "pot bottom charring" caused by traditional direct combustion heating, extending the service life of the pot body, and ensuring the quality of the coating.

Constant-temperature rotatable feeding system

Equipped with a heat transfer oil insulated rotatable feeding pipe, the temperature inside the pipe remains constant and the Angle of the pipe sections can be flexibly adjusted to prevent the coating from cooling during the feeding process and ensure the best adhesion and fluidity of the coating.

Hydraulic stepless stirring control

The imported manual proportional valve is adopted to achieve stepless adjustment of the stirring speed. Combined with the paddle type stirring device, it ensures that the coating in the pot is evenly mixed without dead corners, improving the heat exchange efficiency and the quality of the molten material.

The power of National IV is environmentally friendly and reliable

Equipped with a 55kW Weichai diesel engine that meets the National IV emission standards, it is powerful and has compliant emissions, meeting the environmental protection requirements for non-road mobile machinery and ensuring the legality and environmental friendliness of long-term use for users.

Lightweight and sturdy structure

The pot body is made of an alloy steel inner liner and an aluminum alloy outer shell, which ensures strength while reducing the overall weight of the machine (5.5t). The structure is compact (3400×2500×2500mm), facilitating vehicle transfer and deployment.
